Wang Yi encourages Chinese firms to invest in Djibouti; ministers sign Global Security Initiative memorandum
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told Djibouti's foreign minister in Beijing on 21 October that China encourages Chinese firms to invest in Djibouti, and the two signed a memorandum on cooperation under the Global Security Initiative, China's foreign ministry said.
