Tanzania is sending 36 enterprises and government institutions to the China International Import Expo in Shanghai on 5–10 November, Xinhua reported on 1 November; the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry said in June that Kenyan exhibitors will show avocados, tea and coffee.

Online registration for overseas professional visitors to the 9th China International Import Expo closed on 20 October and payment on 23 October; the expo runs 5 to 10 November in Shanghai, and on-site registration is not allowed, the organisers say.
