Eleven categories of goods cannot be cleared as consolidated cargo and 19 others together may not exceed 5% of total cargo volume, the Kenya Revenue Authority said in a notice dated 5 November.

Cargo consolidators, customs agents and importers must declare each importer's name, PIN, ID number, telephone number and item details for consolidated cargo, the Kenya Revenue Authority said in a public notice dated 28 October. The requirement took effect on 13 September.
